Shipping Policy
We offer FREE standard shipping on every order within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Questions about your order? Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your candles. If something isn't right, contact us at contact@getvellum-store.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll help. Damaged or defective items: email us a photo of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. There's no need to send the item back. Unused items: you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unlit and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can share return instructions. Items sent back without instructions can't be processed.
